Sessions vary: 30 minutes, 45 minutes, and 60 minutes based on patient treatment needs.

Systemic Psychotherapy- WELLNESS PROGRAMS FOR STRESS RELIEF

Stress and trauma stays in the body and we have created a program to release stress from the body through movement and meditation techniques.

pRIVATE PAY

Our fee is 200 dollars for individual appointments, 250 for family sessions, and 100 per group therapy sessions
